I would just like you to know that your Company is the most reliable and professional that I have ever dealt with. From your quoting process to contact from your receptionist with time frames etc has been exceptional. Usually tradesman tell you a time and you don't see them and they don't even ring to apologise if they have been delayed.

I hope you appreciate Brett as an employee as he is so efficient and professional in his work (I did mention that I would recommend that you give him a raise, he laughed!). I have told everyone what a pleasure it was to deal with your Company and hope word of mouth sends more business your way.
